Our rapidly growing, entrepreneurial law firm specializing in family law and special education law is seeking an experienced Paralegal to be the first point of contact for our clients as they navigate the legal process. This role is pivotal and hands-on, requiring a self-motivated individual who can juggle multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency. The Paralegal often serves as the go-to resource for our clients, actively participating in all aspects of their cases. This includes collaborating with attorneys to develop strategies, managing discovery and legal pleadings, and providing valuable assistance during trials and mediations.

Proficiency in law office management systems like Clio and document builder programs such as Form Builder is preferred, but not mandatory. Special education experience is not required; we simply seek someone eager to embrace new learning opportunities.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth, and compensation will be commensurate with your work experience.

Salary: $ 55,000.00 65,000.00 Per Year
