Business Analyst - ($27/Hr)

: Contractor will be an Analyst in Retail Operation:

• Strong time management/prioritization skills (work is fast-paced and highly time sensitive)
• 5+ years experience in corporate environment (retail utility industry would be a plus)
• Experienced with CRM systems (SalesForce experience would be a plus), Microsoft Office programs like Excel/Word (Excel: ability to complete VLookups, utilize formulas and pivot tables), SQL (preferred, but not required - ability to modify/run/create queries)
• Webcam required for meetings
• Home office space with no distractions. Need to have office equipment (monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset). Laptop will be provided.
• Intermediate or advanced analysis/critical thinking skills
• Adaptable to processes or systems changes
• Education: High School Diploma
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Able to work an 8 to 5, or 9 to 6 schedule M-F (position hybrid- remote and in-office. Mostly remote with the exception of "Moments that Matter")
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work with teammates and autonomously
• Experience with issue resolution with customer service mindset and attitude
