Business Administration Instructor Jobs

To achieve this mission, we are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and qualified Business Administration Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a business professional with extensive knowledge of the industry and a passion for sharing that expertise with students.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, coaching, and tutoring students in classroom and work settings.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and techniques in business administration and related fields.
• Developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and evaluations of student performance.
• Participating in student recruitment, retention, and success initiatives.
• Collaborating with colleagues and administrators to ensure coherence and effectiveness of the curriculum and standards.
• Facilitating student participation in experiential learning opportunities, such as simulations, case studies, and real-world projects.
• Conducting classes and lectures on business administration topics such as finance, marketing, accounting, and operations management.

Requirements

• Experience with general accounting principals preferred. QuickBooks experience desired;
• A bachelor’s degree is required for faculty members teaching business and business administration courses. If the bachelor’s degree is not in the assigned teaching field, at least two years of related work experience or evidence of specialized training or competency in the assigned teaching field is required.
• Prior post-secondary related teaching experience of at least 1 year in subject matter is highly preferred;
