Manages tier 0 service level agreements and other metrics while providing outstanding employee and manager experience

Knowledge of Human Resources practices and experienced translating HR concepts into knowledge articles

Experience using human resource management systems (HRIS).

Collecting data on payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.

Evaluating jobs and reviewing both existing and new positions and communicating the results of this to senior management.

Compiling reports of data results and presenting these to senior managers.

A minimum of two year's experience in a similar role.

Qualifications for the HR Business Systems Analyst:

Support the financial planning and headcount management process in close partnership with Finance and HR leadership

Support of all aspects of budget, financial planning, monthly forecasting, reporting and headcount management in Workday.

Assist HR team and partners with data requests, trainings, vendor management, and business continuity efforts globally

Experience budgeting, forecasting, and reporting and ability to develop a deep understanding of the business and its key drivers

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Turn hard data into useful insights and tell a compelling story to provide effective solutions

Strong organization and time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines

Maintain build and QA documentation and internal communications through JIRA and build management in accordance with product Sprint cycle 

Author and maintain process guides/knowledge base articles relevant to the Content Analyst responsibilities 

Continuing education and professional certification reimbursement

Build global content offerings on the Phreesia product platform, including but not limited to, interview templates/global modules, health campaigns, practice announcements.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content creation or similar

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

2 years of experience performing analytics with a proven track record of increasing responsibility

Two years of process improvement experience and/or related certifications preferred but not required

Three or more years of related experience required

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong knowledge in Financial or HR software applications.

Must have advanced computer skills, with demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions.

Perform requirements analysis and UAT by gathering data and feedback from technical experts and end users.

Monitor business processes and solutions making sure that solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Transform the network discovery data into actionable information which can be used for license management

Knowledge of various engagement/contract types offered by top publishers like Microsoft: EA, Adobe: TLP, CLP etc. is a plus

Creating and updating ITAM content related knowledgebase documents.

3+ years of experience in IT/IT enabled companies working with high quality and aggressive teams including Technical Support, data research area.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Should have good problem-solving skills and should be innovative in approach to solutions

Strong time management/prioritization skills (work is fast-paced and highly time sensitive)

5+ years experience in corporate environment (retail utility industry would be a plus)

Intermediate or advanced analysis/critical thinking skills

Experience with issue resolution with customer service mindset and attitude

Home office space with no distractions. Need to have office equipment (monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset). Laptop will be provided.
