We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Business Partner who can provide HR expertise and business partnership to a diverse group of leaders and associates. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a trusted business advisor, advocate, change agent and culture champion to designated client groups with the Americas region. The HRBP provides leaders and associates within the designated client group guidance and expertise on a variety of Human Resource related issues, promotes the growth and development of our associates, acts as change agent to drive the evolution of our engaged and inclusive culture, assesses for and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates proactively with HR functional colleagues and business management, and develops integrated solutions. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the business and HR function to deliver value added service and support to management and associates that reflect business objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Improve communications and engagement by actively engaging with leaders and associates and driving actions as a result of the annual engagement survey. Partner with leaders to develop action plans based on feedback and data.
  • Has personal ownership for key HR metrics (recruitment, development, retention, D&I etc.) and partners with leaders to dive to root cause, and develop and execute appropriate counter-measures where needed.
  • The HR Business Partner will provide on-going HR expertise and support to assigned client groups including coaching, consulting, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, associate development, performance management, recruiting/staffing and front-line support for HR-related questions.
  • Makes recommendations and takes action to drive continuous improvement of HR practices and policies.
  • Responsible for assigned functional projects and serves as lead in executing organization-wide initiatives. Motivating change agent to support the achievement of business initiatives and goals.
  • Consults with leaders and managers on business and performance needs and serves as an advocate for the associate, management, and Company by partnering with employees and leaders to address concerns, explain HR policies/practices, and facilitate team effectiveness.
  • Partners with leaders to define talent needs, and plan workforce and talent pipeline requirements in line with business strategy. Supports leaders in providing associates with development opportunities that align with current and future business requirements. Collaboration with business leaders and managers to ensure solid plans are in place to drive sustained team development through competency assessment and development of associates.
  • Drives annual HR processes for the assigned client group including performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, talent development, compensation planning, annual engagement survey, etc.
  • Provides guidance and coaching to all levels of the organization to ensure Diversity & Inclusion and Work/Life initiatives are effectively integrated with strategic business objectives.
  • Supports the recruitment, development and career advancement of a diverse group of associates at all levels.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Financial / Business Acumen
  • This position is a hybrid role located at: 230 City Point 3rd Ave, 4th Floor, Waltham, MA 02451
  • Relationship Building; Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including talent management, compensation practices, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and employment laws
  • Minimum of 3 years in resolution of complex employee relation or business issues
  • Proven and demonstrable experience of driving the HR function within a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • 5+ years HR Business Partner experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related master’s degree preferred

  • Plans, aligns, and executes strategies and objectives around talent development to meet growth requirements of the business.
