- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, SPHR/PHR preferred.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

- Training facilitation experience preferred.
- Exceptional Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Participate in cross functional, projects and maintain strong partnerships with other HR functions. Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Operations, and Total Rewards
- Lead assigned organization wide HR projects and programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Advise employee and managers on various Human Resources programs, and procedures, inclusive of responsibilities in the following functional areas employee relations, employee engagement, organizational development, talent succession, may conduct training as needed
- 5 years relevant experience.
- Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employee
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, maintaining compliance, and ensuring adherence to internal policies/procedures.
- Ability to travel up to 10% local and overnight.
- Track HR metrics and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.
- Requires advanced knowledge of the job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical project management.
