The Role:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator. The HR Coordinator will partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Talent Acquisition to support the implementation of Solera’s HR strategy with respective business units in North America. The HR Coordinator will ensure the quality while providing relevant inputs for decision making and recommendations in order to drive the One Solera mission and support the business.

What You’ll Bring

• Effective problem solver with strong analytical skills that identify root causes, understand trends, develop recommendations and hold partners accountable to own and deliver
• Minimum 2+ years’ HR coordinator or partnering experience
• Strong influencing skills to motivate action and drive collaboration.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build strong working relationships at all levels
• Knowledge of Workday is required.
• Desire to join a collaborative, fast paced team while having an impact on the future of the company
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) required
• Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic work environment
• Superior communication skills – convey confidence, empathy and trust to build effective relationships; able to engage with front line employees as well as senior leaders on a strategic and operational levels
• Previous experience in Human Resources for fast paced, innovative companies
