Overview The HR Business Planner is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the organization’s human resources objectives. This position works closely with the HR team to ensure that the organization’s human resources initiatives are aligned with the organization’s overall business goals and objectives. Detailed Job Description The HR Business Planner is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the organization’s human resources objectives. This includes developing and executing plans to attract, retain, and develop talent, as well as creating and managing programs to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The HR Business Planner will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners, as well as providing guidance and support to the HR team. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to develop and implement strategies
• Ability to analyze data and develop reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of Human Resources best practices
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of organizational development and change management
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
Job Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience developing and implementing strategies
• Experience managing projects and programs
• Experience working with external vendors and partners
