Halliburton is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Corporate Security and Aviation groups. In addition to these functions, the incumbent’s responsibilities will include support of DEI, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and the Corporate HRBP team as necessary.


This role is Houston based with a Hybrid work schedule requiring occasional days in office. This is subject to change based on the needs of the business.


  • Collaborates with stakeholders, creates tools and resources, and executes programs and projects.
  • Under general supervision, supports the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes.
  • Responsible for HR data reporting used to determine meaningful recommendations and actions to improve overall HR service delivery.
  • Develops subject matter expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, or HR Operations.
  • May advise HR and business leaders across the organization on best practices.
  • Supports the efficient delivery of processes, programs and policies through the application of specialized knowledge and skills, analysis, and business acumen.


Requirements

  • Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
  • Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.


Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles give (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from HR Specialist II to HR Business Partner I or HR Business Partner II.
