Forge partnerships with client groups and HR Solution Centers to align HR strategies with departmental needs. Analyze data, compile statistics, and create reports with actionable recommendations for management-level decision-making sessions. You'll be a key player in shaping our HR landscape.

To embark on this exciting journey, you'll need a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with substantial coursework in HR, psychology, business, or public administration. Five years of professional HR experience will be your boarding pass to this role, with the option to substitute with equivalent HR experience.
