Attendee Acquisition - Executive Events

FordBridge deliver bespoke Customer Engagement and New Business solutions to our technology clients

We are a small boutique events business experiencing rapid growth, particularly in North America, which means we are looking for additional support in delivering events for our technology clients.

The primary role is to secure senior level registrations for our single client virtual and physical roundtable events.

Our events are currently a mix of virtual and face to face, with a variety of formats and sizes depending on client requirements. You will be supported by the existing Operations manager for North America as well as working directly with the two highly experienced and supportive company directors and the small existing team.

The role involves:

• Creating and sending invitations (primarily via email)
• Understanding clients target criteria (our clients are global technology companies)
• Building relevant and accurate data
• Managing the campaign from start to finish
• Managing several events at one time

Skills/Attributes

• Reliable and dependable, you will be a key member of our small team where we rely on each other to make successful events for happy clients!
• Well organised, can juggle multiple events and campaigns
• IT/Digital, be highly proficient in MS office, and a quick learner with our various CRM and social apps
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy is critical
• Good copy writer – be able to draft and update email templates

Compensation is project based.
