Job Description

Position Title: Executive Coordinator – Cabins Reports To: General Manager

Position Type: Exempt Location: Grandview, TX


Join us in our commitment to deliver the best customer experience ever. We are looking for an individual to join our team to manage communication to our customers by answering customer questions, scheduling service work, navigate consistent communication with customers throughout the order process, and also handle executive level tasks with the upmost confidentiality and attention to detail. This position will play a key role in keeping processes organized, administrative documentation organized, and handling any other key projects that are necessary.

Essential Job Functions

  • Coordinate the customer order journey from start to finish
  • Receive and respond to customer calls, emails, and letters
  • Respond to social media posts/reviews
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient in writing, speaking, and presenting
  • Ability to reconcile data entries to source documents and review work for accuracy
  • Highly organized with efficient time management

  • Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both oral and written forms
  • Skill in active listening and critical thinking
  • Ability to use Company software to track and maintain orders

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education: Associate degree, required

Or, 3 or more years of work related work experience in business, manufacturing business office, or customer service related positions

Physical & Mental Demands, Work Hazards

Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment, including computer and peripherals

Posture: Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting

Motion: Frequent repetitive hand motions, including keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching

Lifting: Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 30 lbs.)

Environment: Works in a fast paced, high pressure office setting; may require occasional irregular and/or prolonged hours; occasionally work outdoors

Attendance: Regular and punctual attendance at the worksite is required for this position


Mental Demands: Maintains emotional control under stress; works with frequent interruptions
