About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you are responsible for working with one of our RPO clients (recruitment process outsourcing) and securing top talent for their organization to continue growing. This candidate will handle full lifecycle recruiting which includes sourcing, interviews, selections, and onboarding. This Consultant will also work with building a pipeline for future candidates and needs within the organization. This role is remote and can be located anywhere in the US, and will be a contract position.


What You'll Do

  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Onboard new employees in organization to become fully integrated.
  • Develop job descriptions and interview questions.
  • Deliver best in class service leading to strong client and candidate satisfaction ratings.
  • Post jobs to online platforms and application tracking systems.
  • Participate in full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing verbal offers, reference checks, salary recommendations, and offer acceptance/rejections.
  • Source and recruit candidates through multiple channels.
  • Schedule and conduct phone screening interviews
  • Grow in your career path, identifying opportunities for ongoing professional education and learn other strategic areas of focus in HR.


Who You Are

  • You are great at multitasking, can flex and work within multiple functions and/or channels as needed. Flexing from a leader to a contributor as needed.
  • You are tech savvy and have a thorough understanding of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Being organized motivates you. You can prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands.
  • Leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of niche/corporate recruiting experience.
  • You have experience creating and executing written and visual communications related to sourcing and finding talent.
  • You can commit to realistic deadlines. You know how to prioritize and know what it takes to meet metrics in the recruiting environment.
  • You can problem solve with a focus on continuous improvement. You always learning and can effectively articulate opportunities and new strategies to business partners.
  • Independent and require minimum supervision.
  • You LOVE being a part of a team and thrive in a place where everyone encourages and supports each other.
