Responsibilities


Position Summary


The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the full recruitment cycle, which includes developing job profiles, implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through digital platforms, coordinating the interview process, and assisting with new employee paperwork.   • This position is remote yet would include in-person recruitment activities representing Milo's in the Tulsa area. Candidates should reside in the region, if possible, to support our Owasso hiring efforts.


Ownership


  • Track and deliver key metrics designed to measure staffing activities.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and make recommendations to hiring manager.
  • Work with various colleges on recruiting initiatives and participate in various networking events and job fairs to educate potential candidates on Milo’s employment opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives for diverse talent.
  • Identify and administer pre-employment assessments tools to evaluate candidates.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals across the organization with primary focus on manufacturing and maintenance.
  • Manage application and resumes through Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support employee referral program and educate employees on referral opportunities.
  • Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
  • Maintain working knowledge of various positions with the company.
  • Maintain memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations and participate in networking opportunities.
  • Invest in and is an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.
  • Utilize all mediums of social media for job requisition posting.
  • Communicate employment information, benefits, and company values to candidates.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of the recruiting process.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of hiring needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications


Qualifications


  • Proven expertise in end-to-end recruiting, externally and internally, and process improvements to drive an engaging hiring experience for the candidate.
  • Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Experience incorporating diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the talent acquisition process and implementing sourcing strategies that build a representative and inclusive candidate pipeline.
  • Applicants must have a B.A or B.S. degree in a Business Related or Human Resources field; at least four years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience recruiting candidates in manufacturing and production ideal.
