As a full time, exempt Recruiter with CPS Solutions, LLC, you are a vital member of our Human Resources team. In this role, you will strategically partner with various hiring managers to bring top talent into our company at all levels. Full cycle recruiting duties include, creating job postings, creatively sourcing talent, reviewing and evaluating resumes, screening and interviewing applicants, assisting with onsite interviews, extending and negotiating employment offers, providing market salary reports, all while being a resource during this process. This position will recruit and source all levels of pharmacy related healthcare positions. To be successful in this role, you must be detail oriented, customer services focused, able to comprehend and interpret information, possess professional communication and organizational skills, be able to think on your feet and be self-driven. In addition to the recruiting functions, there are various department projects that you will be involved in.
Schedule: This position is homebased, working a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, primarily day shifts.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of recent Full Cycle Recruiting; in pharmacy or nursing is a plus
- Recent experience and agility in working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Taleo is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience effectively and professionally interacting with individuals and groups at all levels
- Confident and professional verbal /written communication and persuasion skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree
- A proven skill set in sourcing and posting positions with various social media sites and job boards
