You excel by absorbing extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
Essential Job Responsibilities
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
• Source passive candidates, inspire interest and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply sell a role.
• Articulate in helping the hiring manager to finetune the job description and helping candidates to assess the best fit of a career opportunity.
- Proactively and continuously improve recruitment efficiency, accumulate recruitment methodology, empowering businesses and the recruitment team for the whole group;
- Participate in industrial research of the Group and Business Unites, talent mapping, and global recruitment of middle to high-end positions, including key roles for the Group and Business Units;
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above with a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. without an employer’s work visa sponsorship.
- Passion for recruitment, effective team leadership skills, and teamwork spirit orientated.
- Integrity and honesty in difficult situations.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
