Talent Acquisition Manager Jobs

• Responsible for following the end-to-end recruitment process
• Manage our presence on job boards, ensuring at all times we are getting value for money out of the agreements and our listings are positioned for maximum effectiveness; measure and own the reporting on response rates
• Add value to your business area through awareness and understanding of recruitment skills, trends and market knowledge
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and shares these during team meetings
• Interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and building talent pools
• Build a good understanding of the business and skills required by candidates to succeed within it
• Maintains the recruitment system demonstrating respect for the integrity of all data
• Conduct direct candidate sourcing and screening, qualify suitable candidates and provide a short-list to the hiring manager
• Ensure all requisitions are fully specified and tracked through the correct authorisation, sourcing channels and processes
• Conduct ad-hoc market research on particular areas
• Provide a high level of candidate care by ensuring best practice selection methods are followed and frequent communication is deployed (e.g. debriefing candidates and selling roles)
• Assist in developing the sourcing strategy for each role recruited and agree the strategy with hiring manager
• Work with the hiring manager to complete a detailed job specification
• Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and manage issues, escalating as required
• Ensure management information activity reports produced are accurate
• Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement and opportunities to increase the scope of the service
• Communicate sensitive information (e.g. candidate rejection, disagreement with hiring managers direction) confidently and professionally
• Facilitate the interview and selection process
• 100% remote - must be in country
• Maintain the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
• Up to €40-50k base + bonus
• Know details of relevant legislation

Qualifications

• Ability to work to and meet demanding and deadlines
• Ability to manage changing situations
• Ability to pick things up quickly
• Awareness of employment legislation within GERMANY
• Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
• Educated to degree level or proven recruitment experience
• Experience in the use of recruitment databases, knowledge of Icims would be advantageous
• The ideal candidate will have experience of both Agency and In-House recruitment preferably gained in a professional services / IT environment.
• Fluent in German
• Candidates solely from an Agency background will be considered but must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience.
• Ability to be assertive with members of staff when necessary
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel
• Proven ability to organise and prioritise workload
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience managing candidates through the full end to end recruitment process
• Experience of behavioural / competency based interviewing
