Title: Account Executive - Events
Client: Market Research Specialist
Compensation: $50k base + uncapped commission
Location: Remote (Dallas or San Antonio preferred, but open to United States)
About the Role
Aspire is partnering with a global and well-known and respected market research company that is highly focused on growth and analytics for its clients. Due to continuing company success, our client is looking for someone to join their sales team in the events and executive-focused sector. We are seeking someone who is highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded, and results-driven. The position requires a strong and analytical inside sales professional who will drive participation of their client base.
About the role:
The account executive will be responsible for cultivating new opportunities through in-depth prospecting, needs analysis, and developing long-term business partnerships for the events sector.
Responsibilities:
- Sell 3 different event-related products:
- Reach out to Global 1000 organizations to attend the client's events and to participate in various roles
- Individual seats to events
- Memberships (365-day engagements whereby business executives collaborate through virtual and in-person programs)
- Group packages to events
Requirements:
- Wildly curious and pioneering mindset; someone invested in their future
- Strategic thinker: understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
- Deeply Analytical
- A persuasive communicator
- Effective time management skills with strong organization and prioritization abilities
- Disciplined and adheres to high-quality standards.
- 1-3 years' sales experience preferred, telephone sales a plus.
