We are seeking a dynamic Training Account Manager to join our team and spearhead our sales efforts.

Pay:
100% Commission w/ competitive percentages and opportunity to increase. Due to competitive commission, no additional benefits are provided.

Job Qualifications:
·Minimum of 3 years of inside sales/account management experience required with demonstrated successful selling professional services required; 7+ years preferred.
·High School graduate or equivalent required; college degree preferred
·Existing contacts in HR, Training or Talent Development is a preferred.
·Experience using ZoomInfo required.
·Established achievement in solution-based sales is mandatory.
·Experience collaborating with government and global organizations.
·Familiarity with engaging senior executives and selling to them.
·Experience with B2B training sales account management required.
·Demonstrated competencies with a track record of securing new business, effective teamwork, applying training and development knowledge, managing talent, and enhancing human resource performance.
·HubSpot CRM experience is a plus.
·Verified history of meeting or surpassing challenging quotas
·Proficiency in delivering presentations, written and verbal communication, and crafting business-focused proposals tailored to client challenges and performance requirements.
·Flexibility to work nontraditional hours based on market and client demands.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
·Proven ability to initiate and work well as both a team player and an independent sales professional.
oThis entails the capability to work remotely while maintaining self-discipline and motivation.
·Competence in conducting virtual customer meetings.
·Capability to formulate a strategic business development plan.
·Willingness to prospect and maintain a high level of energy.
Job Responsibilities/Skills:
·Drive account penetration and increase sales volume per account by effectively promoting the complete range of FTG products and services.
·Expand accounts by identifying new and dormant prospects and executing strategic efforts to increase business within these accounts.
·Retain accounts by implementing contract strategies, employing strategic sales techniques, and exploring opportunities to expand into new functional buying areas.
·Analyze client business challenges and performance gaps to provide valuable insights and recommend appropriate training and development solutions (seminars, online learning, webinars, etc.)
·Keep a record of client interactions, sales, and account information using CRM tools.
·Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
·Work closely with the training and content teams to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
·Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
·Display self-motivation and the ability to formulate an account plan for individual territories while working with minimal supervision.
·Create and structure daily work routines for efficient lead and account management.
·Make regular adjustments to the sales plan to ensure the attainment of set objectives.
·Represent FTG independently during sales calls and external market activities, requiring the flexibility to travel as needed.
·Collaborate effectively to achieve both personal and team-oriented growth objectives.
·Showcase proficiency in various areas including account development, building strong sales relationships, consultative selling, analysis of business performance issues, identification of solutions, account management, faculty management, product knowledge application, networking, and prospecting.
·Establish the reputation of FTG as a credible entity within the assigned territory.
·Fulfill additional responsibilities as delegated by the organization.
