GP Strategies Corporation has an opening for aLearning Consultant.This is a full-time, benefitted, 100% remote position. The candidate must be able to work in an eastern (EST) or central (CST) time zone.

SUMMARY:GP Strategies is looking for a Learning Consultant to work on the development and deployment of learning programs and solutions with one of our clients. This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of the client relationship including a high level of stakeholder management and offering consultative advice on how best to meet their needs.

• Broad knowledge of learning interventions
• Well rounded business and financial acumen
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate with all levels within and outside of the organization

Preferred Requirements:

• Global team experience
• Project management experience
• Understanding of organizational dynamics
• Understanding of informal and formal blended learning solution design, including e-learning, VILT, ILT and Modern Learner
• Working knowledge of organizational development interventions
