Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for building and improving the internal and external training system according to the company's development strategy and sales channel expansion plan. Internal training includes new employee orientation training, sales training, product training, service training and other training required for internal staffs; External training includes all kinds of on-site and online training for customers;
2. Formulate annual training plan and training budget according to business development needs;
3. Responsible for researching and collecting training requirements from internal teams, formulating and effectively implementing corresponding training plans, and supporting the business development of overseas subsidiaries.
4. Regularly organizing training course development and training project planning, tracking and evaluating the training effect and trainer performance by training report,and training survey;
5. Responsible for course preparation and courseware making, able to independently complete courseware development and teaching.
6. Responsible for the management of training resources, including external training resources management, course development management, internal lecturer team management and trainee management.
Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years training and management experience in new energy industry, sales training and management experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with the whole training process management and have rich experience in training management. Able to independently undertake the construction of training system, training planning and coordination.
3. Good organization, coordination and communication skills, excellent presentation and expression skills;
4. Strong insight, good at finding and solving problems, strong ability of document editing and data processing, analysis, summary and report;
5. Good at extracting business expertise, strong self-drive, good at breakthrough and innovation. Strong ability to work under pressure, strong sense of teamwork, can adapt to business trips.
6. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
