Clinical Training & Education Representative

The Plymouth Medical Education and Training representative plays a critical role in delivering value to our customers by creating, maintaining and delivering educational resources to our client base.
The successful candidate will be extremely organized, able to manage multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a fast paced work environment. This role requires being able to digest and outline the latest Orthobiologics research as necessary by following and maintaining Plymouth Medical’s educational resources online. This role also pertains to training clients on various protocols that support better clinical outcomes.
Work is full time and reports with the Principal. This is a full time hourly position with remote working from home, from customer location, from trade show conference location or from Company Headquarters.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage, schedule and execute client training requests whether remotely or live in-person
- Manage and maintain Plymouth Medical Education Portal (database) and communicate outside org
- Plan, coordinate and execute educational conference trainings and for sales team
- Maintain educational resources (e.g. treatment tip sheets, social media, blog posts, quick guides and procedure guides/checklists)
- Perform, manage and maintain follow up clinical education account management across client base on a quarterly/annual basis
- identify, source and manage research projects and CROs/ labs
- Liaise with Medical Advisory Board and coordinate quarterly meetings
Qualifications
Excellent office and g suite knowledge (excel, word, sheets, gmail, g drive)
A minimum of 2 years of recent relevant working experience
Bachelor’s degree is preferred

- Education portal is managed, curated and updated bi-monthly.
- Education blog posts are created and uploaded monthly
- Customer training feedback and timely customer responses
Experience: R&D skills: 1+yr (preferred), Training Skills: 1 year (preferred), Medical office experience: 3yr (preferred)
