Job Overview
Responsible for designing, developing and delivering training programs that enhance the commercial capabilities across the Division. Develop a training academy to support the Division’s growth ambitions. Your primary objective will be to equip our teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to effectively promote and sell our products and services. By designing and delivering comprehensive training initiatives, coordinating learning activities, and evaluating program effectiveness, you will play a crucial role in driving performance and achieving business objectives to help grow value today and value tomorrow. Support the overall talent development offering across the organisation.
Essential Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress and development of sales professionals, providing ongoing support, coaching, and guidance.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring they are informative, engaging, and tailored to the needs of sales professionals.
- Seek best practice training and learning and development techniques and apply to the business as appropriate keeping up to date with the latest trends.
- Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Measure training Return on Investment (ROI) and evaluate program effectiveness against business achievements.
- Stay up to date with the latest sales techniques, market trends, and product knowledge to continually enhance the sales training program's effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leaders to determine training priorities aligned with commercial goals and strategies.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver commercial training programs and training materials that encompass product knowledge, sales techniques, negotiation skills, customer service, and customer relationship management. Enable effective onboarding for new hires.
Qualifications
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
- Strong coaching skills.
- Excellent and proven interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder’s expectations.
- Educated in Education, Training, Learning and Development, Coaching or a related field, with experience in creating, developing and delivering training programs.
- Strategic and creative mindset.

- Strong communication, leadership and influencing skills.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience of working in a global organization.
- The ability to work flexibly in an innovative, fast paced, growth, and time-critical environment. Ability to effectively coordinate, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks and projects to timely deadlines.
