Job Description

Account managers serve as the liaison between TSP and our customers. It is an account manager's responsibility to address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed estimates/proposals to customers
  • Create and maintain relationships with new & existing customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers properties to identify opportunities & possible upcoming projects


Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous account management experience
  • Knowledge of home remodeling, roofing, mitigation & restoration is a plus!
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to travel to job sites
