About the job
We are looking for a 1-3 month contract Training Manager who should have a vibrant and ambitious personality with the ability to connect with people on multiple levels. They know how to create an inclusive environment, facilitate training with ease and demonstrate the ability to supercharge a team’s performance by functioning as a process guide. They will be able to design a variety of interactive and engaging training solutions to build employee and leadership capabilities and fast track a new hire’s path to excellence.
What you do
- Be the training expert for our Learning Management System
- Design, manage and update instructor led trainings including facilitator materials
- Design, manage and update eLearnings and micro-learnings
- Design, manage and update onboarding & learning path curriculum
- Successfully track attendance and onboarding completion
- Facilitate a variety of HR focused trainings that leads to clearly met learning goals and excellent facilitator reviews
What you need
- Ability and willingness to travel within the US approximately twice a month to facilitate trainings on an as needed basis
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Work in a collaborative environment with other training professionals
- Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job/life experience
- Experience working in learning management systems and building eLearning courses – experience implementing an LMS is a plus!
- 3-5 years CPG experience
- Certification in instructional design or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3-5 years experience in design and development of instructor led and self-paced trainings
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including a focus on PowerPoint and Excel
- Acute attention to detail
