Experience managing others in hospitality or fitness setting highly desired

Advanced verbal communication, written communication, and task management skills

Five years of experience in training management, talent development, performance management, change management, or human capital management functions

A certification in project, change, construction, or training management

Experience supporting civil engineering or construction project management teams

Experience delivering management consulting services

Ability to work effectively with all levels of management

Excellent oral and written communication skills

One to three years’ experience working in a project team environment

Bachelor's degree (Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Technical Communication, or Engineering a plus)

Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and/or training development tools (Captivate, Story Line, etc.) a plus

Willing to travel during the week (as needed based on client requirements)

Strong knowledge and experience with functional training
