Corporate Training Manager Jobs

Our client, a leading financial software company is hiring a remote Learning Project Manager/Corporate Training Manager to join their team!

**This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**

You will join the Expert Development team and assist in building tax bookkeeping certification courses and exams to support career opportunities in the Company Expert Network.

As a Learning Project Manager/Corporate Training Manager, your primary goal is to ensure that learners across all Company academy programs are successful in completing training programs and passing exams.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in cross-functional collaboration with program stakeholders and strategic thinking to anticipate impacts on other teams and workstreams
• Manage learner activity and performance in development programs, driving them to completion
• Collect and analyze data from learners to improve the program experience and provide accurate and timely data reporting of all certification program funnel analytics
• Engaging with internal and external candidates to enroll in programs and managing the success of all learners once enrolled

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• Must be able to work PST work hours
• Prior experience in Student Success/Support
• Prior experience in enrollment campaigns and learner success
• Prior use of Google Sheets, slides, excel, MS Office, Mailchimp
