Job Description

Looking to hire a Training/L&D contractor/consultant to help us develop a curriculum and deliver training. Our client is in the healthcare space, and this individual will be focused on training materials that will help the support agents give informed and empathetic service experiences to our customers!


- prior training on BPO tools is a must (currently using TaskUs- which they may continue or may select a new vendor. Jan 2024 is when they will switch BPO's, if leaving TaskUs)

- looking for a contractor with extensive experience training BPO's and helping ramp BPO vendors

- current training LMS tool is Lessenly (not a must but a plus)

- training new BPO trainers (train the trainer experience a must)

- create curriculum and the entire program

- content and customer experience

- training on internal tools

- voice of customer

- senior role looking for 15-20+ years' experience

healthcare/pharma a plus

- B2C experience a plus

- looking for a passionate individual (this is a very passionate group of people that you will be working with)

-working directly day to day with Ops Director and Vendor Manager
