About the Role
Kard is hiring an experienced Issuer Account Manager to own and nurture our issuer relationships. This role will be given a lot of responsibility from the start, as our card issuer partnerships are the lifeblood of our business. Our pipeline is full of financial institutions of all sizes ready to join our platform, so no job is more crucial to us right now!
Responsibilities
- Managing the onboarding and ongoing relationships with all of our issuers — you'll be their go-to person for everyday needs
- Streamlining our processes across the board — our functions need to scale as our account list grows
- Providing thought leadership to our accounts (and sometimes to their accounts too) as we help them create meaningful rewards experiences
- Fully owning renewals, monthly financials, business review calls, and everything under the sun to keep the relationship healthy
- Helping us “land and expand” by proactively speaking to our accounts about new tools or packages that could benefit them
Desired Skills
- 2+ years managing significant client relationships, ideally those with an integration involved
- Strong client presence — you're proactive in doing what it takes to deliver the best possible experience to our accounts, and you are comfortable running a call
- Early stage startup experience
- Experience working with financial data or banking partners
- An intense desire to be an early employee — you want to build something from scratch, improve it along the way, and you don't need hand-holding
Remote - USA Pay Range
$80,000—$100,000 USD
