Position Summary
Biosynth Biologics is one of the fastest growing critical raw materials companies in the world with double digit growth year on year in our EU / US / Asian markets. We primarily build and supply critical diagnostic raw materials antibodies/ antigens / plasma / biospecimens at scale for Invitro diagnostic companies manufacturing Ce marked and FDA approved diagnostic assays.
The company is synonymous with the fastest growing infectious disease area with first to market raw material products for Zika virus, Dengue Fever, Sars Cov2 and most recently Monkey pox virus.
We are looking to add a creative, innovative and experienced commercial team executive for our US market development. The individual should have extensive experience selling B2B into invitro diagnostic companies and Bio -pharma companies in the US market.
Excellent time management skills are required, as is an ability to communicate regularly and work on one’s own initiative to generate new sales opportunities and communicate via direct reporting and using the company’s CRM system to manage leads and opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Participate in US commercial trade shows
- Identify new products of opportunity for Bio pharma vaccine partners
- Management and development of existing US IVD customers
- Inbound marketing leads
- Identify new IVD companies to build CRM materials for in the US market
- Assist sales team in growing sales through generating inbound leads from Lead Forensics and other lead generation tools
- Identify new vaccine partners to develop immunoassay with /for.
- Attend on behalf of the company major trade shows in IVD / Biopharma space eg. AACC, WVC , AABB , AAVLD
- Actively manage opportunities / leads funnel
- Management of the US IVD market vertical customers
- Management of the US bio pharma / vaccine vertical
- Develop and manage relationship with any new IVD and or Bio pharma partners stateside
- Development of new products roadmap for US IVD customers
- Manage LinkedIn, Twitter and Google Ad leads
- Management and development of existing US Bio pharma / vaccine companies
- Additional tasks may be required.
- Update latest news input section for Marketing team
Requirements
- You will have confident written, communication and editing skills, and have a good general interest in science and medical diagnostics.
- You need to be team orientated, have the ability to learn quickly, prioritise work and work with minimum supervision to scale a business.
- You will ideally have a good understanding of email marketing, online advertising, SEO, CRM management, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and social media
- You will have experience of account managing companies in the IVD / Bio Pharma space
- You will ideally have a strong US network base of contacts in the invitro space
- You must have a scientific qualification and a specific relevant experience in the IVD / Bio pharma space
