Magnolia Design Co is a Direct Sales craft and DIY decor company rooted in strong Christian values and Patriotism, and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Training Manager to join our team. As the Field Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our Direct Sales consultants, we call Creators, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively represent our company and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and development, a strong understanding of our company values, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Creators, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and adherence to company values.
2. Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, that align with Magnolia Design Co's mission.
3. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate Creators on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Assess the training needs of Creators through surveys, performance evaluations, and feedback from managers, and develop targeted training plans accordingly.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure training programs are aligned with company objectives and strategies.
6. Provide ongoing coaching and support to Creators, assisting them in overcoming challenges and improving their skills and performance.
7. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, metrics, and feedback from Creators, and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the training process.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development, and incorporate relevant concepts into the training programs.
9. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that reflects Magnolia Design Co's core values and promotes teamwork, respect, and integrity.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all training activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business administration, or a related field. A relevant certification in training and development is a plus. Alternatively, 6 years of experience in a related role.
2. Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a field training or management role.
3. Strong alignment with Magnolia Design Co's values.
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and engage an audience.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and resources that reflect the company's values and objectives.
6. Passion for coaching, mentoring, and inspiring others, with the ability to motivate Creators to achieve their full potential.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
8. Ability to analyze training needs, assess performance gaps, and design targeted training solutions.
9. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), multimedia tools, and other training technologies.
10. Ability to travel as needed to various locations for training purposes.
