Overview:

Our client is a full-service engineering firm that places top tech talent, builds products, and implements customer solutions. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in the US and Canadian markets, and deep tech industry knowledge. The candidate must also have an extensive network of enterprise companies and clients in the region.

The ideal candidate has a recent history of recruiting in a high volume environment with lots of connections to top tech firms.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Lightci's business in the US and Canada
• Generate new leads and opportunities
• Build a robust pipeline of clients and projects
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise companies and clients in the US and Canada

Requirements:

• Strong network of enterprise companies and clients in the region
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• At least 8 years of client-facing professional experience, with a proven track record of success in the US and Canadian markets
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Experience in developing and executing strategic plans
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks
