Role Summary
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a company-wide impact, be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and think creatively about how we hire top talent. As part of the central Chapter 2 team, you will have ownership to deliver across the full recruitment cycle and hire at all levels of the business. You will become a true partner to the company’s internal teams and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals. The role will be working closely with senior leaders across Chapter 2 and our in-house teams onsite with our clients.
You will be hand-picked for our client’s individual business needs and embedded into their organisation. You will get to the root of challenges through close and collaborative relationships built for success.
You will be given licenses to our extensive market leading technology stack. You will help clients make strategic hiring decisions through an improved understanding of the top talent- where they’re located, employed by, what their salaries and demographics are.
You will have the chance to be involved in employer and personal branding projects to provide top talent with a window into a company’s world through corporate and personal channels. Our scalable service ranges from strategy to content creation and activation.
Who you are
- Strong relationship building with all stakeholders.
- At least 5-8 years’ of quality Creative TA experience, preferably within a fast-paced company hiring Mid/Senior level roles.
- You will be passionate about all things talent acquisition and have experience at hiring across varied specialisms and continents.
- An exception communicator (written and verbal) with strong EQ and a natural curiosity that has enabled you to become a subject matter expert in your chosen area.
- Positive, motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Fast learner with excellent time management skills.
- Proven track record of building talent pipelines and securing consistent offers on a monthly basis, whilst providing an exceptional, consultative candidate experience.
- A team player, highly organised, detail-oriented and the ability to work well with a wide range of people.
- Process and data driven
- Extremely customer centric, giving our clients an outstanding service.
- Highly adaptable, dynamic, honest and organised with the ability to work across different business areas, processes and systems.
