The position


  • You'll own and execute the GTM strategy for customers. Together with your colleagues from MarComms, you’ll work directly with our product, sales, and customer success teams to help our customers to go live and strategize how to generate traction with their new mobile offering. As the lead for partner marketing, you will play a vital role to create the initial buzz when our customers go live with us, and maximize new subscriptions from customer launches.
  • You'll set us apart from the competition. You’ll be in charge of understanding the competitive landscape and different wireless offerings in diverse verticals and markets. You’ll need to gain a deep understanding of the various customer and user problems as well as the solution space.
  • You'll be our resident expert on partner and customer marketing. You will execute strategic marketing plans across owned, paid, and earned channels, driving mutual value for Gigs and partners (brand awareness, increased Gigs usage, and conversions). You will own all GTM collaterals and best practice materials along the customer journey and help our customers to go live quickly. You’ll collect datapoints and case studies from our customers and feed these back into the marketing engine to generate more growth.
  • You’ll work collaboratively with various stakeholders. You’ll share your market insights and partner marketing strategy with various teams. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with business development and customer success leads to drive a holistic success plan.

  • You have a great grasp of B2C channel strategy and positioning. You intuitively know how to connect people with product offerings and inspire action.
