Team Introduction:
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.
Position Overview
TikTok is seeking a Finance Business Partner that will support our global monetization business. The new hire will be in charge of performing management reporting and rolling forecasts, providing financial advice to the business team and improving business efficiency, among other responsibilities. This will be a high visibility role as you will be supporting multiple international initiatives and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the business teams to provide insightful and quality financial advice
- Prepare managerial financial reports and budget tracking, track financial performance and perform related financial analysis
- Conduct budget control by getting involved in business operations and reviewing project/contract applications
- Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks
- Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis
- Present PNLs and quarterly reviews to all the business leaders to give them an insight into how the teams are performing and to advise them on their future goals/targets
Qualifications
- 8+ years of FP&A, sales finance or related analytical experience. High growth tech start-up experience, public accounting firm, or advertising experience preferred
- Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis
- Exceptional data analytic skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $110000 - $194000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
