Senior Venture Partner Jobs

At least 8 years of client-facing professional experience, with a proven track record of success in the US and Canadian markets

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience in developing and executing strategic plans

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks

Build and maintain relationships with enterprise companies and clients in the US and Canada

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Lightci's business in the US and Canada

2+ years of experience and knowledge working directly in the fundraising and venture capital ecosystem.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Work from home and flexible working hours.

Coordinate follow-up between interested investors and General Partners

Create awareness of the Fund among desired target audiences

Identify contacts that are suitable for the Fund’s fundraising pipeline

Placement experience in philanthropy, wealth management, family offices, private equity, corporate venture capital, and/or venture capital

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong relationship management skills and ability to receive feedback

Experience investing in early-stage startups (preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Analytical skills and attention to detail
