Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Procurement Business Partner to join us in spreading the power of Wiz. In this role, you will report to the Head of Global Procurement and work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on enabling Wiz and its teams to do their best work by managing the procurement process. As the Senior Procurement Business Partner for Wiz, you will take part in all aspects of the procurement process, from sourcing new vendors and handling negotiations, to managing relationships with existing vendors, and interfacing with practically every team at Wiz on their procurement needs.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and monitor vendors’ performance.
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Prepare procurement reports
• Conduct sourcing projects and provide category intelligence and benchmarks
• Review existing and new contracts with suppliers to ensure on-going feasibility
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best possible terms while maintaining a good relationship with them
• Review purchase orders to ensure that they are accurate and complete

What You’ll Bring

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Between 3-5 years’ experience as a hands-on buyer for a global tech company
• Proven track record of executing cost-reduction initiatives
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Proven ability to source and negotiate with vendors in Israel, US & EMEA
• Knowledge in procurement procedures
• Ability to combine independent work with teamwork
• Strong negotiations skills and contractual knowledge to review, lead and manage procurement contracts
