Weight Watchers is looking for a dynamic and innovative People Partner Lead to join our team! The ideal candidate understands the value of strategic HR partnerships and is passionate about delivering business impact. Working proactively with the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product – this role will drive business impact by focusing on the co-creation and execution of a talent strategy for our Technology and Product teams.

Reporting to the VP of People Partners, a successful People Partner Lead will leverage data and relationships to focus on driving programs that ignite our talent and culture at all levels within our Technology and Product teams. This individual will also be charged with driving an inclusive & diverse culture by providing coaching to leaders to further develop their leadership capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the business to drive & lead through organizational change and other transformational initiatives impacting the employee experience
  • Consult with business leaders and management on workforce plan and talent strategy, partnering closely with the Recruitment team on hiring top talent for critical roles
  • Leverage data and relationships throughout the business to proactively identify and address talent issues before they impact the business, including attrition risk
  • Build and develop people manager and leadership team effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with the COEs to deliver initiatives that impact the business and lead performance management, talent management, employee career pathing and development of high potential talent

Who you are

  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and be a trust builder, truth teller and influencer
  • Analytical skills and the commitment to get to the root cause of issues by leveraging analytics and insights
  • 8+ years of strategic Human Resources experience in roles of progressively increasing scope and impact in a global, Tech organization, interacting with the leadership team and CTO
  • Deep business acumen and experience growing global businesses through strategic talent and org planning
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required with a preference for an advanced degree in Human Resources or a Master's Business Administration
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and complexity in a rapidly changing environment

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary - $160,000-190,000/yr
