Posting Description

• Ensuring all deliverables (oftentimes complex/interdisciplinary/interlinked) are clearly specified, scoped and agreed between client and internal team(s)
• Lead and coordinate on ad hoc projects
• Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
• Oversight and management of a digital product portfolio; includes project intake, assessment, resourcing, execution, tracking and team capacity
• Partner and collaborate closely with Design, Product Owners, Tech, and Data Analytics on understanding business demand and guiding design project execution and delivery
• Interact with various executive level internal clients across the lines of businesses to produce high quality presentations and messaging
• Track projects to ensure milestones are being met and project status is documented and updated regularly; produce reports as appropriate/requested

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Understanding of Product development lifecycle at scale
• Must have a good understanding of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously, proactively and independently
• 3+ years of project/ program management experience working with digital design or marketing teams; experience at both a design studio and a large corporate environment preferred
• Experience or familiarity with Atlassian / JIRA software tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and appropriately handle sensitive information
• Demonstrated effectiveness developing plans, prioritizing activities and driving execution

• Strong project management skills
• Flexible and adaptable to change direction based on team and stakeholder consensus
• Experience or familiarity with Atlassian / JIRA software tools and project management tools such as Monday.com
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes
• Passionate about creating customer-centric design
