Apple is looking for an experienced leader with a background in software solutions to drive operational excellence and growth. The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge in product operations, marketing, and developing ideal software solutions for advancing the customer experience. Experience in online and mobile services (transactional and/or subscription businesses), who is comfortable applying standard processes to flawlessly implement new product launches. The primary focus will be to lead an operations and solutions team to support new features and advance our experimentation efforts. This role requires a highly motivated teammate who is passionate about delivering a best-in-class customer experience while also developing an outstanding team!

In this role, you should understand and be familiar with eCommerce, online sales, and workflow management, operationalizing product and new feature launches with flawless execution. You bring experience running CRM teams and working closely with testing partners to ensure delivery of an excellent customer experience. You are passionate about finding ways to innovate across engineering, product, and cross-functional team members. Key Qualifications

10-15+ years in operations, engineering, product, and/or solutions with demonstrated success in execution/operations and driving impact

Strategic approach with technical acumen, focused on platform solutions

Lead the development of in app experience, including new features, sophisticated customer journeys, and deriving technical solutions

Experience leading and motivating a team (developing individual and monthly goals) to drive business growth, acquisition, user engagement, churn reductions and brand awareness

Experienced understanding of digital analytics, instrumentation development, and tracking customer journeys

Experience partnering with product teams to develop requirements, data signals, and optimization of technology stack; as well as on the instrumentation of in-app messaging

Experience using CRM platforms to deliver the right message, to the right user, at the right time, through the right channel

Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on sophisticated, international, large-scale, time-critical projects

Deep understanding of the iOS ecosystem, monetization, user engagement and acquisition models.

Description

The ideal person will bring experience in online services (SAAS) with proven background in crafting software applications and tools for subscription apps. Bringing a track record of success in developing and optimizing mobile and in-app customer experience solutions as well as outstanding communication and presentation skills. You will deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization.

- Product/CRM expertise leading development and execution of testing plans, automation efforts, and improving channel/communication impact

- Results-oriented, energetic and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed

- Experience working with international markets and ability to collaborate with international marketing colleagues to craft efficient marketing programs that reflect regional market opportunities and customer differences

Education & Experience

BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $192,700 and $289,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
