Role Description

ADT is looking for a Solutions Advisor to join their team in Anaheim, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Solutions Advisor will be responsible for providing customers with the best solutions to meet their needs. This includes providing product and service recommendations, answering customer inquiries, and providing technical support. The Solutions Advisor will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building relationships with customers.
