The High-Performance Computing (HPC) business group plays a pivotal role in fueling new endeavors in science and research with our industry leading HPC technologies. We are seeking talented and growth-oriented Software Product Managers to lead us through this transformation.

As a Product Manager for HPC Software you will develop requirements, plan and manage a product or portfolio of products for the HPC solutions: from new product definition or enhancements to existing products; planning, design, forecasting, and production; to end of life.

What You Will Be Doing

• Effectively communicate both verbally and written on product strategy, roadmap and performance to leadership and stakeholders
• Identify new opportunities to innovate on behalf of our customers
• Drives operational and financial progress against targets across product value chain partners to ensure products can meet performance objectives.
• Contributes to the development of the end to end and operational roadmap for one or more products.
• Collates data on customer requirements, target customer segments and business case to bring one or more innovative and disruptive products to market (i.e. Software capabilities to complete the HPC solution, Revenue/margins, financials, market share).
• Collaborates closely with key stakeholders on one or more product strategy and strategy execution across all phases of the lifecycle (e.g., planning, development, launch, management, exit).

What You Bring To The Team

• 2+ years of work experience in related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the High Performance Computing (HPC)

Knowledge And Skills

• Proficient skills in cost modeling efficient solutions and financial performance metric analysis.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the HPC and ability to provide product specific technical training to the team.
• Proficient business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.
• Software development processes: Agile, DevOps
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Roadmap planning tools
• Proficient understanding of software including:
• Other software areas: Linux, Containers, Kubernetes, K3S, Cloud, aaS, Slurm
• Talented communicator
• Passion for problem solving.
• Software debugging and profiling techniques
• Programming languages: Python, C/C+, Java

Annual Salary: $84,600.00 - $194,700.00
