The Role

We are looking for a world-class Senior Strategy & Operations Associate to join our fast growing team. This is an opportunity for a collaborative, customer-centric, and data-driven individual to develop and lead operative business programs and projects. You will work with different departments across the organization to drive growth, scale, and provide an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work cross-functionally with operations, tech, analytics, marketing, and legal teams, to determine requirements and priorities
• Research and identify new opportunities to grow, expand, and improve Sunbit’s products
• Liaise between our accounts and our teams to ensure smooth operations delivery
• Coordinate and manage projects to successful delivery, on time
• Design operating processes end-to-end, creating, optimizing, and automating workflows, identifying, and troubleshooting issues
• Conduct business and financial analysis to evaluate performance, determine and prioritize opportunities, and drive successful execution
• Engage with customers, provide product insights, and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

What You Bring to the Table:

• Excellent communication and time management skills
• 3-6 years of related professional experience preferably in a strategy, operations, or analytical role with execution, project management or implementation responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience analyzing, sorting and deriving conclusions from large data sets
• Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
• Ability to build and present slide decks using PowerPoint and Google slides
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and work cross-functionally
• Organized and able to manage ambiguity and complexity
• Intelligent, go-getter, ambitious, self-motivated and hungry for success
• Solid analytical skills and preference for data when making decisions

How We Pay:

• This role will also be granted company equity via stock options
• We are targeting a base salary of $110,000-130,000 for this role
• We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership
