Job Description
Nomadix® Inc. is excited to announce its search for a Solution Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Product.


We have been serving the hotel technology market for over 25 years and have a global reputation for delivering powerful and personalized connectivity and digital engagement solutions designed with real people in mind. In addition to Hospitality, we also offer managed Wi-Fi services to multi-tenant/multi-dwelling properties and are moving into adjacent markets.


We’re looking for a Senior/Experienced candidate looking for a new challenge and capable of working in a small – yet global – fast-growing environment with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude!


The key focus of the role is to define, produce and present high-quality messaging and content across a varied technology portfolio targeted at multiple verticals with a mixed audience of international resellers and end-customers. The scope covers both sales/marketing collateral, as well as product documentation, with a progressive evolution towards more multimedia and wiki style material. In addition, contribution is required with other departments to create marketing and training resources that are aligned with the content.


The candidate will need to demonstrate attention to detail, have a self-starter attitude and be capable to gracefully manage and prioritize multiple projects and produce quality deliverables on time, with minimal supervision, building relationships with remote colleagues across the world. Understanding of our markets and competitive landscape, as well as mastery of content production tools and best practices is essential.


As Solutions Marketing Manager, you will be directly involved in the development and growth of the company through the successful promotion of our products!


Requirements


  • Play a key role in the definition, communication and enforcement of the product marketing strategy, standards, and processes, including documentation policies – from templates, conventions, best practices, to sign-off, publication, storage, etc
  • Work closely with marketing for the creation of assets including blog posts, press releases, case studies, booth messaging for shows, demand and lead generation campaigns, etc. Support other team members as editor and detailed proof-reader
  • Contribute to the overall thought leadership by gathering insights on market and industry trends, competitors, end-user challenges, buyer personas, etc. Research and evaluate new and better tools/methods and/or ways to communicate with users. Recommend best practices
  • Manage all aspects of multiple simultaneous projects, including defining the deliverables, schedules, etc. Identify and address information gaps and priority requirements and consolidate/optimise where appropriate
  • Contribute to the launch of new products and services. Evangelize and present at events & trade shows, webinars, meetings with key customers, etc. Contribute to the creation of training courses and related material to ensure customer-facing teams have the tools they need to be successful
  • Create concise and impactful content, messaging, positioning and unique selling points that set the products apart from the rest, and which can vary by verticals, regions, personas, go-to-markets, ideal customer profiles, etc. Identify and address information gaps with existing material and consolidate/optimize where appropriate
  • Produce sales/marketing collateral such as value proposition slide decks, web pages, brochures, datasheets, white papers, battle cards, FAQs, etc. as well as product documentation such as administration guides, user guides, demonstration scripts, etc.

  • Solid experience as a Solution Marketing Manager role for hardware, software and/or cloud products and services for global audiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple concurrent assignments. Flexible and pragmatic approach with a capability to switch focus between projects according to evolving priorities
  • Excellent copywriting in both British and American English (additional languages an advantage) and design skills to produce compelling sales material.
  • Able to travel globally, if needed
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following topics is essential: LAN and WLAN infrastructure, telecommunications, hospitality industry products and solutions
  • Strong presentation skills and great storyteller. Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understood for both technical and non-technical global audiences
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a service-minded attitude. Capability to work in a global, fast-growing environment with roll-up-the-sleeves attitude
  • Market research and competitive analysis skills, as well as insight into the customers’ needs and experiences
  • Methodical, structured, inquisitive, and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing, following, and maintaining corporate style and editorial guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across all documentation assets
  • Ability to self-motivate, take ownership of projects, and work independently with minimal supervision after the goals have been established.
  • Demonstrable ability to produce high quality, clear, concise, friendly, and aesthetically pleasing content. Comfortable with the tools and processes to create multimedia assets, including graphics, text, audio and video.
