Senior Manager Of Strategy & Business Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our fast-growing consumer business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will help drive growth and increase revenue for the company and running point on initiatives that will help drive growth and increase revenue for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a system that allows you to stay organized while juggling several projects, stakeholders and priorities at once
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners, clients, and vendors.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
• Work cross functionally with management to execute on key initiatives
• Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Identify and evaluate potential opportunities, partnerships and initiatives
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry.
• Monitor and analyze market and industry trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• You are detail oriented, organized, and proactive communicator
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
• You are comfortable with the unknown and thrive in situations where you get to problem solve.
• 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• You have the ability to keep executives accountable and you do so with tact and grace.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• You have advanced proficiency in building deck/slide materials to visually communicate complex topics.
