About The Team


The Consumer Experience team drives the end-to-end consumer experience on the DoorDash marketplace, connecting our customers with everything their neighborhood has to offer. We are building a personalized homepage, inspiring pages for restaurant and new vertical categories, relevant search experiences, and reviews & ratings to accelerate marketplace growth.


About The Role


The Strategy & Operations Homepage lead will drive the vision, strategy, and manage the performance of DoorDash’s homepage to create the best consumer discovery experience. You will partner with Product, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to drive the discovery roadmap, measure impact of initiatives, and manage performance trends. This will include creating go-to-market strategies for new product launches, building and executing on personalized homepage content, managing and reporting on team OKRs, and implementing process optimizations for how the team operates.


You will report into the Director or Consumer Experience on our US Marketplace team.

  • Lead - Lead the DoorDash homepage experience. You love diving into data, obsessing over the consumer journey, and creating a best in class discovery experience.
  • Build & Own – Craft the vision, strategy, and roadmap for DoorDash’s homepage – striking a balance between business goals & customer-first solutions. Manage towards quarterly goals and lead the team to hit objectives.
  • Influence - Influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of functions internally and externally. You will advocate for the consumer & homepage metrics, align with stakeholders on tradeoffs, and lead team members across product, analytics, & more.

Compensation


The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.


Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

California Pay Range:


$183,000—$247,000 USD


New York Pay Range:


$183,000—$247,000 USD
