General Manager - Operations

CloudTrucks’ customer base and Operations team is growing. As a General Manager for Operations, you will be responsible for the overarching strategy, including roadmap development, process optimization and protocol to ensure we deliver best in class customer support, customer experience, and internal operations. This is a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary role. You'll lead various initiatives based on the needs of the business. Your role is to be an effective operator and enable the company to scale more swiftly and efficiently.
Responsibilities :

• Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate operational performance
• Continuously assess customer feedback and leverage it to drive improvements in operational processes and customer experience.
• Work cross-functionally with supporting teams (such as Safety, Customer Success, Insurance, Business Development, Sales, Engineering, Data Science and Finance) to deliver on shared goals and priorities
• Develop and execute the overall operational strategy in alignment with the company's objectives, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and profitability.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making and operational enhancements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of managing multiple projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work to tight timelines
• 8-10+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data and insights to actionable recommendations to support cross-functional decision-making
• Comfortable managing through ambiguity with strong bias for action
• Obsessive about process improvement, pursuing micro efficiencies and seeking step-change improvements

Preferred Experience:

• Leadership experience at a high growth tech company

Compensation Range: $175K - $200K
