Position Overview
Treasury Prime is looking for a Partnership Strategy & Ops Manager to help build and manage a number of the key partner relationships that power capabilities on the Treasury Prime platform. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships and sit within the Platform team. This individual will be responsible for owning several of our key relationships with providers across a range of categories including KYC, BSA/AML, cards, payments and others.
Partnerships at Treasury Prime power key capabilities on the platform - everything from issuing cards to depositing checks to running KYC are made possible by strong, strategic relationships with best-in-class providers. Enabling our bank and enterprise customers to utilize partner services is key to growing the strength of the Treasury Prime platform, and we’ve built the infrastructure that allows simple technical integrations and aligned commercial relationships to accelerate this growth.

You'll have executive exposure at Treasury Prime, build the processes to nurture and grow relationships to achieve strategic goals, and learn how to build a company directly from a team of serial entrepreneurs.
You will:

• Support bank implementation and customer success teams in ensuring a smooth onboarding to partner-powered capabilities with great process documentation and clear communication
• Act as an internal resource for product, finance, sales, customer success, etc. on key partner details to ensure successful delivery of partner services to bank and enterprise customers
• Understand the process by which Treasury Prime onboards Bank and Enterprise customers; identify opportunities to highlight partner capabilities throughout that process and work cross-functionally to define approaches that grow Partnerships revenue
• Build and manage relationships with best-in-class partners that power capabilities on the Treasury Prime platform. Work with leadership to define strategic outcomes with each key partnership, then execute to achieve target outcomes
• Work closely with the Product team to identify, contact and qualify potential Partners that provide key platform capabilities based on platform requirements.

You may be a good fit for this role if you:

• Strong presentation skills for both virtual and in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment all while having the organization to multitask and prioritize
• Have 3+ years of experience in an external facing role (ideally strategic partnerships, strategy consulting, project management)
• Ability to develop and execute strategic and operational partnership plans spanning multiple banks and fintechs
• Strong interest in the intersection of technology and financial services
• Outstanding relationship competencies with a long-term, trust-based, partnership mindset - your customers and colleagues like working with you!
• Ability to understand the highly regulated banking industry and relate it to the complex technical requirements of our fintech partners
• Proven ability to interact and articulate complex solutions to all levels of a banking organization - from CEOs and chairpersons of boards to operations and compliance managers

Compensation Range: $140K - $155K
