Job Title: Manager, Clinic Strategy and Operations


Department: Strategy and Operations


About the Role:


The Practice Transformation team is currently seeking a highly motivated Manager for a fast-paced and exciting role with immediate impact and a strong career growth path. This team is responsible for designing and implementing innovative processes that improve the quality and efficiency of the care our employed providers deliver to patients, as well as for identifying and executing on growth opportunities. This role will report directly to the VP, Practice Transformation.

What You'll Do:


Strategy and Analysis


  • Oversee meeting preparation and creation of meeting materials.
  • Present recommendations coherently.
  • Analyze data to extract insights – understand what the data is saying and the significance and impact of these findings.
  • Provide decision support through gathering data, analyzing information, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and industry research and network analysis in order to inform strategy and operational development.
  • Develop business cases for proposed initiatives and projects.


Project Management


  • Communicate the status of projects and initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Develop performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress and success.
  • Support the continuous improvement of processes and practices.
  • Lead medium- to large-sized projects as the project manager, ensuring that deliverables remain on track and escalating risks and issues as appropriate.
  • Work cross-functionally to support the implementation of strategy and change initiatives.


Teammate Development


  • Communicate the status of projects and initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Grow and develop a team of analysts and operators.
  • Support the continuous improvement of processes and practices.


Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, economics, or strategy.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related role, such as strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Scrappy, eager, positive team player.
  • Fast and thoughtful, delivering results at both high velocity and high quality.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.
  • Team-first orientation, while also being proactive and self-directed - needs to be able to engage and effectively drive results across multiple stakeholders (in-person and virtually)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, take initiative, communicate clearly, and manage many projects and workstreams simultaneously.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:


  • The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $100,000 - $120,000. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
  • Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1668 S. Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91801.
