The Customer Solutions Marketing team’s goal is to leverage the power of storytelling to educate, inspire and empower diverse caregiver and patient audiences to help deliver high-quality care and better health outcomes.  
We collaborate with teams within Marketing, Customer Insights, Sales, and other partners to create brand and integrated marketing experiences designed to meet explicit customer needs and drive value across sleep and respiratory care disease states and care pathways. Our audiences include physicians, providers, and the patients we all serve. Collaboration with partners across the business is key to our success and enables us to effectively deliver products, capabilities, content, experiences, and other solutions to our customers that truly fit their needs and provide them with meaningful, differentiated value. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Solutions Marketing.

Let’s Talk About The Role
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track account interactions, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute targeted multi-touch and multi-channel marketing campaigns for our key accounts and customers to drive revenue goals and enhance customer engagement across all customer lifecycle stages using account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Leverage trends and best practices in consumer, technology, and/or healthcare marketing leadership to drive innovative, effective audience-centric brand experiences.
  • Cascade ResMed brand narrative into audience relevant, long-term brand narrative within the region across value drivers to drive long-term brand preference, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Champion efforts to prioritize, recommend and optimize sales/marketing models using performance marketing principles for specific audience persona/segment according to buying stage, need, opportunity, and readiness.
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
  • Partner with the Growth team and Digital Marketing Center of Excellence to plan and implement effective lead generation strategies across multiple channels, such as email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and paid advertising, and identify, prioritize and execute agile experiments at key journey stages/specific channels.
  • Partner with assigned audience team to inform voice of customer research needs through audience-specific listening & measurement activities. Insights inform most attractive opportunities, audience segmentation, persona & audience development.
  • Participate in annual audience marketing strategy planning to drive prioritized behaviors across audience journey and value sources guided by audience-specific OKRs
  • Partner with Product Marketing leaders and global marketing counterparts on new product introductions, defining audience/product fit, and leading audience-level product positioning, messaging, marketing planning, campaign creative development, deployment, and measurement.
  • Optimize customer journey, touchpoint, and customer friction mapping in partnership with Customer Insights, Product Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Sales, Medical Affairs, Corporate Communications, and other key stakeholders while defining sources of value at key journey stages to include product, clinical, and outcomes evidence and other value drivers as appropriate.
  • Establish, implement, and optimize repeatable and scalable marketing communications and content development playbooks and processes with a focus on enhancing future value delivery, operational efficiency and effectiveness, and optimizing resource allocation/return on investment.
  • Evangelize and educate specific physician audience needs and engagement vision to key business partners and the organization more broadly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to align ABM strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Exceptional communication skills, including strong listening, writing, and presentation abilities with a logical, systematic approach to assimilating and sharing information to drive consensus, trust and decision-making.
  • Have a clear understanding of the purpose and role of tools to deliver cohesive omnichannel marketing experiences across paid, owned, and earned channels and media, including landing pages, email marketing campaigns/automation, paid media, SEO, account-based marketing, video, social media, public relations, e-commerce experiences, and content creation/management.
  • Strong business acumen, exceptional product and customer journey/workflow knowledge, good judgment, and deep understanding of audience needs and behavioral outcomes that drive results.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills and capacity to translate business data & audience insights into actionable marketing objectives, strategies, plans, and experiences.
  • Experience in various lead-generation techniques and marketing strategies
  • Breadth of expertise in specific marketing disciplines and principles, including customer insights, marketing planning, product marketing & messaging development, content strategy, creative briefing and evaluation, customer experience design, CRM/account-based marketing, digital channel planning, as well as marketing and product performance analysis & measurement, including marketing attribution & lifetime customer value.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, employees, vendors, and customers.
  • Experience Implementing Account Based Marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement while collaborating cross-functionally to align ABM strategies with business objectives.
Required 
  • Familiarity working with marketing technology tools, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms in collaboration with internal and external digital marketing and MarTech partners.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand management, customer insights, account/product marketing, marketing communications or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
Preferred
  • Experience and comfort working in agile marketing workflows and project management tools like Asana and Workfront
  • Experience with ABM tools such as 6esnse, Demandbase, or Terminus
  • Omnichannel technology, healthcare, clinical, or CPG marketing experience

  • At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $109,000 - $163,000
  • Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
  • For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
